You’ll collaborate with Growth, Product, and Finance teams to drive insight-based decision-making.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain dashboards and KPIs focused on marketing performance, funnel conversion, and ROIAnalyze campaigns, channels, and audience behavior to optimize acquisition and retentionConduct cohort and A/B analyses to measure the impact of marketing and lifecycle initiativesPartner with marketing and growth stakeholders to translate insights into actionable strategiesWhat You’ll Bring4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in marketing/growth analytics or e-commerceAdvanced SQL skills and experience building models in DBT or similar frameworksExperience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for analysis/automationHands-on experience running and interpreting A/B testsFamiliarity with marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention) and data from paid channels or CRMBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly and influence strategy
