An international company headquartered in London is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of venues, events, and experiential services. The business operates at the intersection of culture, creativity, and commerce - developing spaces and experiences that redefine how people engage with music, art, and entertainment.About the CompanyThe organization owns and operates a growing portfolio of hybrid venues and service brands designed for both cultural and commercial use. Its venues host a range of activities, from live shows and fashion events to exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate gatherings. Alongside venue operations, its services division provides expertise in event production, entertainment, talent management, staffing, and set fabrication.The RoleThe Marketing Director will shape and execute the marketing vision across both venue and service portfolios. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic insight, creative excellence, and commercial acumen to build impactful brands and drive growth in both B2B and B2C markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.Oversee brand development and integrated campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and sales.Support business development through demand generation and positioning strategies.Manage digital and offline marketing, including CRM, paid media, PR, and event activations.Introduce data-driven processes, new technologies, and innovative tools to enhance performance.Oversee budgets, KPIs, and workflow efficiency across the department.Key RequirementsExtensive experience leading multi-channel marketing within creative, venue, events, retail or experiential sectors.Proven success in driving growth and brand positioning in fast-paced environments.Strong leadership and team development skills.Data-driven mindset with expertise in digital ecosystems, content strategy, and brand building.Experience in agency or multi-venue marketing leadership.Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com).Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.Please be aware this role requires a candidate who's happy commuting into the East London office 5 days a week (may be flexibility to 4 days every few weeks).
