Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing to lead and oversee Cavista Holdings' marketing efforts through the development of diverse marketing strategies and the completion of various marketing projects. You will also partner with all our portfolio companies to drive growth and strengthen their presence in the industry.The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent leadership qualities and possess an excellent knowledge of digital marketing, marketing communications, various analytical tools with the ability to drive the team to achieve marketing targets.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing all marketing operations including the development, planning, and execution of various marketing programs and advertising initiatives.Analyzing key marketing performance metrics and using tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and campaign results to formulate actionable insights for the marketing team.Continually evaluate the competitive landscape, conceptualizing/implementing out-of-the-box ways to differentiate and expand reach to a target audience.Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.Prepares effective marketing campaigns based on market research.Identifying new revenue opportunities and providing actionable plans to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring the continuous improvement of the company’s marketing efforts.Collaborates with senior management to develop growth plans for Cavista Holdings.Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.Interprets business objectives and develops successful marketing campaigns from idea to execution.Creating best practices for a successful marketing team and utilizing insights to develop and implement marketing plans for Cavista Holdings.Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market.Oversee marketing content creation, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging, promotion, and engagement goals.Understand targeted populations and develop relevant communication appropriate for each unique audience.Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing strategies. QualificationsA bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, or a Business Management related subject.Minimum 15 years’ proven marketing experience with 8+ years of progressive experience in developing and leading successful growth marketing strategies, preferably for a Holding Company.Excellent knowledge of all aspects of marketing communications and brand management.Experience in developing go-to-market strategies while ensuring adoption and execution.Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to work efficiently under multiple deadlines and manage large teams.
