With a strong focus on customer experience, digital transformation, and sustainable mobility, the company continues to expand its presence and leadership in the European market.Position OverviewThe Marketing Director – Spain will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing and brand strategy across all dealership operations in Spain. This role will drive customer acquisition, brand growth, and business performance through innovative marketing initiatives, digital transformation, and strong partnerships with leading automotive OEMs.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience from top-tier automotive brands and a strong understanding of the Spanish automotive market, consumer behavior, and dealer network dynamics.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Spain, ensuring alignment with global and regional business objectives.Develop and manage integrated marketing plans to drive sales performance, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.Partner closely with OEM marketing teams to ensure consistent brand representation and co-branded campaigns.Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including CRM, social media, website content, and lead generation programs.Drive customer experience programs and ensure alignment across online and offline touchpoints.Manage national and regional advertising, events, sponsorships, and media relations.Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.Track and analyze key marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, customer engagement, etc.) to optimize performance.Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum impact from all investments.Support new product launches and dealership openings across the region.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.10+ years of marketing experience in the automotive industry, ideally with a major global brand or dealer group.Proven success in brand management, retail marketing, and digital marketing strategy.Strong understanding of the Spanish automotive market and consumer landscape.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus.Results-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
