We are taking an already loved brand and turning it into an enduring cultural icon.Your New RoleAs our London based Marketing Director, you'll take the lead on developing and implementing strategies to connect to our community and bring our brand to life across the United Kingdom and Europe.You'll craft and deliver customer-first brand and marketing campaigns that tell our story, connect with our community and amplify our impact.Reporting to our UK Managing Director, you'll work closely with global creative, digital, product, sales, and agency teams to create and roll-out campaigns and initiatives that are stylish, bold, values-driven, and aligned with our business goals. You will play a key leadership role guiding, influencing, and inspiring those around you. Over-time we expect that you will attract and develop a talented team to help us meet our business objectives.Your Day to DayStrategy & PlanningWorking closely with internal stakeholders - develop a comprehensive Brand and Marketing Strategy with implementation plans for the United Kingdom and eventually Europe. CreativeWork with internal and external teams to ensure market specific creative assets are briefed and developed to align with the brand's local identity and premium standards. Campaigns & InitiativesPlan, develop and execute 360 brand campaigns across digital, retail and media channels - from large-scale launches to always-on activityPlan, develop and execute events, activations and trade partner initiativesAnalyse performance of campaigns and provide actionable insightsMarket & Consumer CentricitySupport customer insight and brand health tracking, helping to gather and interpret data to inform strategy and measure impact. Champion our brand values across every touch point, ensuring consistency and authenticityCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with local and global teams to ensure marketing activities support and are aligned with every channel, overall business objectives and the brand vision. PerformanceEstablish, track, and report on key performance metrics using data-driven analysis to inform decisions and continuously improve effectiveness. Develop, manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investmentOrganisation & TeamWith key stakeholders develop a plan for the Marketing Organisation inline with business evolutionRecruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. External RelationsBuild and maintain strong and objective relationships with our PR agencies, vendors, community and our networks.
