Metric is hiring a Marketing Director.Since launching in New York in 2019, Metric has scaled to a team of 130+ across 7 global offices. We’ve built out a multi-brand business who has recently been listed as the fastest growing business in our sector via The Financial Times, 2025.On top of this, we gained investment from BGF in 2024, who themselves are one of the UK’s most active investors and add huge credibility to the Metric mission.Over recent years, we’ve built out a globally recognized brand and reputation within recruitment. This has involved launching two disruptive brands, leading a marketing campaign in Times Square, delivering high-quality content for a range of clients, and much more.It's been an exciting journey and we're proud of how we've scaled Marketing to date.But in true Metric fashion, we’re ready to take it to the next level.That is where you will come in.We’re looking to hire a visionary storyteller who can enhance the Metric brand and help revolutionise a new approach to Marketing within recruitment.For this, we’re looking to hire someone from outside of the recruitment sector.Someone who can think outside the box and bring fresh ideas and energy to our evolving brand.You’ll be responsible for:Shaping the Marketing strategy: working closely with C-Suite to build a high-performance brand that assists commercialization efforts.Building out the Marketing team: we operate globally across multiple brands so huge scope to create a world-class team.Content oversight: we work with some of the most cutting-edge businesses in the world; you’ll be partnering with them to create bespoke content (podcasts, articles, videos etc).Who are we looking for?Track record of building a successful brand in a high-growth business.5-10+ years’ experience leading a Marketing function within B2B.Scale-up / start-up experience - hands-on, lead from the front mentality a must.SEO and lead generation expertise.This role can be based out of offices in: New York, Ft.
