Job Description

Role: Lead the university’s marketing and branding strategy to drive sustainable development. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels and faculties.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support enrollment and brand positioning.Lead digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations activities.Manage market research, data analytics, and campaign effectiveness.Strengthen collaboration with internal departments and external partners.Build a high-performing marketing team with strong creative and analytical capabilities.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.10–15 years of experience in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership.Proven ability to build brands and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns.Strong digital, strategic, and people management skills.Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (or bilingual equivalent).
