Job Title:Marketing DirectorCompany:RegTech CompanyKey Responsibilities:1.Market Strategy DevelopmentDevelop phased market strategies and plans based on company goals and industry trends, identifying target market segments, customer profiles, and penetration objectives.Regularly assess and refine market strategies to align with dynamic market environments and competitive landscapes through in-depth data analysis and competitor insights.2.Brand Development and PromotionOversee the creation and management of the company's brand identity, defining brand positioning and communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty.Ensure consistent application of branding across marketing activities, product packaging, and promotional materials to maintain a unified and stable brand image.3.Marketing Campaign Planning and ExecutionDesign and implement integrated marketing campaigns by leveraging online and offline channels, including advertising, social media, content marketing, public relations, and events to maximize impact.Plan, organize, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies based on market feedback and data insights to improve ROI.4.User EngagementIdentify and target core customer segments with tailored strategies to enhance satisfaction among existing customers and improve conversion rates for potential customers.5.Team Management and DevelopmentBuild, manage, and lead the marketing team, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, setting performance metrics, and motivating members to achieve goals.Focus on team growth by developing training programs and individual career plans, providing opportunities to improve professional expertise and skills.Qualifications:1.Education:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.2.Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing or branding projects is preferred.- Experience in well-known companies or industry-leading organizations is an advantage.- Familiarity with Web3 industry marketing is a plus.3.Skills:- Expertise in market research, brand management, marketing strategy, and digital marketing, with practical knowledge of integrated marketing communications.- Proficiency in data analysis tools for forecasting market trends, evaluating campaign performance, and supporting decision-making.- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, social media marketing, and content marketing optimization.4.Core Competencies- Strong market insight and forward-thinking capabilities to identify trends and adapt strategies to changing customer needs.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide teams toward achieving collective goals.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across internal teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Finance) and external partners (e.g., agencies, media, suppliers).- Creative problem-solving skills to design innovative marketing solutions and resolve challenges in dynamic market conditions.- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure, maintaining high efficiency in competitive and demanding environments.
