As an employer we provide supportive space to pursue your ideas);we are taking care of the overall well-being of our people by providing private health insurance and Fit Pass for all;work-life balance (25 working days of paid vacation, flexible schedule, corporate events, and team-building activities);modern and comfy office (easy-to-get office in new business center with a spectacular view, free fruits, and snacks in the office, playroom with billiard, tennis table, and PlayStation);we like to celebrate special days and have fun at our corporate events, and team-building activities, and we have special vouchers for our people’s birthdays so you can enjoy your special day.As a Marketing Document Flow Specialist (Russian & English Speaking) at our company, you would be responsible for:Marketing Contract & Partner ManagementCollect and verify documentation and details from marketing partners, affiliates, and vendors.Prepare and fill in marketing contract templates (campaign agreements, influencer deals, media buys, etc.).Maintain and regularly update the marketing contract register in the internal systems.Enter partner and contract information into authorization tools (e.g., chat platforms, file storage, GitLab, CRM).Monitor contract validity, payment schedules, and renewal deadlines.Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Partnerships) to ensure all contracts are reviewed, approved, and signed on time.Document Flow & Process ControlManage incoming and outgoing marketing documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control.Keep organized records of agreements, partner briefs, and compliance documents.Support the setup of new marketing partners and maintain the database for quick access.Help optimize and standardize internal processes related to marketing documentation and approvals.Communication & CoordinationCommunicate with internal teams and external partners in Russian and English to clarify details and ensure alignment.Support Marketing Managers in day-to-day documentation needs for ongoing campaigns.Provide periodic reports on document status, contract expirations, and pending approvals.Requirements:Experience in document flow management, marketing operations, or contract administration.Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; familiarity with internal platforms (e.g., GitLab, CRMs, project trackers).Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership over deadlines and process quality.Nice to have:Experience in a marketing or partnerships team (affiliate, influencer, media, or B2B marketing).Understanding of basic marketing workflows and documentation (campaign briefs, partner onboarding, contracts).Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.For our part, we are ready to provide you with our full and comprehensive support in order to successfully cope with this list of tasks.
