Reporting directly to the MD and working cross departmentally to ensure continued growth and success for the business.This role will be based in Westport, County Mayo.ResponsibilitiesBrand ManagementLead the brand strategy for Aran Woollen Mills across both B2B and D2C channels, building brand equity and awareness. Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all brand projects and touchpoints. Oversee the creation, production, and maintenance of brand assets and marketing materials. Manage logistics, planning, and representation for trade shows and industry events. Oversee legal trademarking and copyrighting of the brand and products in relevant markets. Ensure brand guidelines and values are understood and upheld by all internal and external stakeholders. Support the development of key wholesale and distribution partner relationships. Work with Sales to identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities and distribution channels. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities in B2B and D2C segments. Oversee online and offline PR and marketing for both B2B and D2C. Digital and E-commerce ManagementDefine and execute growth strategies for D2C and B2B e-commerce channels. Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategies (RRP), margin management, and budget planning for online sales channels. Project manage new platform launches and e-commerce software integrations. Drive continuous improvements across all e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion. Research and implement emerging technologies, including AI and best-in-class e-commerce practices. Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and third-party service providers. Oversee warehousing and logistics operations for e-commerce. Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure product availability across all channels. Manage customer service operations for digital channels and support the sales team in enhancing customer experience across the wider B2B business. Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives within the organisation. People ManagementLead a team of five permanent staff and manage additional temporary team members as needed. Requirements5 to 10 years' experience in a similar Brand Management/E-commerce role. 3rd Level Degree in Business Development, Marketing and/or Digital Marketing/Communications. Strong understanding of E-commerce best practise, website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools, Amazon Marketplace and International markets. Proficient with Web Analytics, E-commerce/CRM technologies as well as MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint). A track record of driving results through cross-functional teamworkStrong understanding of digital marketing- PPC, SEO, Paid Social etc. Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
