They’re looking for a Marketing and Engagement Virtual Assistant to support marketing, outreach, and scheduling efforts — ensuring their providers’ calendars stay full and the brand continues to grow.Position OverviewThe Marketing and Engagement VA plays a key role in attracting new clients, nurturing leads, and maintaining communication with existing ones. This role blends marketing, sales outreach, and administrative support — ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and loves client interaction in a fast-paced beauty and aesthetics environment.🤝 Key Responsibilities💬 Client Engagement & Sales OutreachConduct outreach on social media (Instagram, Facebook groups, etc.) for complimentary consultations.Convert leads into booked appointments through personalized follow-ups.Manage lead nurturing for new and returning clients using scripts and tracking tools.Follow up on missed opportunities (cancellations, no-shows, unbooked inquiries).Support re-engagement campaigns (e.g., Botox follow-ups, Refer Pro, Alle rewards).Respond promptly to client messages to maximize booking potential.📈 Marketing & Growth SupportCollaborate with the marketing team on revenue-driving outreach campaigns.Track influencer partnerships (services, discount codes, performance reports).Organize before-and-after photos for marketing and social proof.Encourage and manage Google Reviews to boost reputation.Assist with content scheduling, reports, and promotional tracking.Help coordinate digital/offline marketing materials for client acquisition.🗓️ Scheduling & Administrative TasksManage provider calendars efficiently using Zenoti (training provided).Optimize appointments for daily capacity and minimize schedule gaps.Review reports (Opportunities, Cancellations, Lapsed Clients) for bookings.Maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and performance metrics.Create and update templates and process documentation.📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)High lead-to-booking conversion rate.Provider schedules consistently full.Timely and professional client communication.Increased client retention and repeat bookings.Improved social media engagement and response times.🧠 Qualifications🪜 Basic RequirementsExcellent English communication (verbal & written).Experience in sales, marketing, or client outreach (beauty/medical/wellness preferred).Confident, persuasive communicator.Strong attention to detail and organization.Responsive, reliable, and professional.Available for video meetings with camera on.No other clients during scheduled hours.Must submit NBI or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.💻 Technical RequirementsReliable laptop or desktop computer.High-speed internet (minimum 15 Mbps).Noise-canceling headset.Functional webcam for meetings.Quiet, professional workspace.🎥 Additional RequirementSubmit a 1–2 minute video introduction as part of the application.
