You will be responsible for driving targeted marketing campaigns, delivering measurable results, and achieving aggressive lead-generation and conversion goals.This is a KPI and target achievement–based position — we measure your performance by results, not effort. Excuses are not part of our culture — execution, precision, and accountability are.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies targeting European inbound tourism marketsPlan and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflowsAnalyze and optimize digital marketing performance (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, etc.)Generate high-quality leads aligned with ZephyraTravels’ tour portfolioPrepare regular marketing reports with KPI tracking and ROI analysisCollaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistencyRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of proven marketing experience (preferably in travel or tourism)Strong understanding of European travel market and audience behaviorExperience in email marketing strategy and executionAbility to work under pressure and deliver consistent resultsAnalytical mindset with a performance-driven attitudeExcellent communication and organizational skillsPerformance ExpectationsKPI-based monthly review on lead generation and conversionStrict achievement tracking — results are mandatory, not optionalMust deliver measurable outcomes within the first 30 days
