We’re big on innovation, serious about clinical relevance, and always looking for ways to raise the bar in practitioner wellness.   Role overview    We’re on the lookout for an energetic, organised, and all-round awesome Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team based in Brisbane, QLD in a hybrid role. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, you’ll be launching products, supporting our sales team, and helping bring events to life, all while championing the Bio Concepts and Orthoplex brands across Australia.   Key responsibilities   Build strong relationships with our distributor network and sales team to ensure smooth coordination and impactful execution Coordinate monthly marketing material distribution across our domestic and international distributor network  Communicate integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social channels Keep our websites fresh—upload materials, update banners, support campaigns, and maintain product listings  Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new marketing opportunities. Coordination of biannual Sales Week, customer gifts and events  Execute our practitioner webinars—from registration and platform setup to technical support, and post-event wrap-up  Support the Events Manager as required with coordination of in-person seminars, summits, industry events, and sponsorship activations  Collaborate with the education team to deliver high-impact learning experiences    Skills and experience    2+ years in marketing, sales, event coordination or similar role (healthcare or wellness industry is a bonus!)  Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills with acute attention to detail  Proficiency in marketing and event platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Demio) and CRM systems Be able to develop relationships quickly and be flexible in your approach  Highly organised and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines    Why join us?    Be part of a purpose-driven company shaping the future of integrative medicine  Work alongside a passionate, collaborative team  Enjoy flexible work arrangements (up to two days per week from home) and professional development opportunities  Access to our in-house dispensary for daily product needs and a great discount off all our supplements for friends and family Make a meaningful impact on practitioner success and patient wellbeing    Apply now    We’d love to hear from you!
