We provide all the necessary tools to propel projects to new heights.⚡️ Role DescriptionFull-time on-site role for a Marketing & Events Manager (Crypto) located in Geneva. The Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, developing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and fostering community engagement. The role involves working closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure the success of events and marketing campaigns.⚡️ ValuesPassion: Relentless curiosity, bias to action.Quality: Institutional-grade rigor; no shortcuts.Leadership: We set direction and own outcomes.Transparency: No surprises—clear logic, explicit trade-offs.⚡️ ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing (40%)Own full-funnel acquisition & retention across online/offline.Operate CRM (HubSpot/Nexudus): segmentation, lifecycle journeys, campaigns.Build local partnerships to drive awareness, pipeline, and foot traffic.Report weekly on occupancy, funnel metrics, and campaign ROI.Events & Partnerships (40%)Define an annual event calendar (workshops, meetups, demo days).Source, negotiate, and manage sponsors/partners across Geneva’s ecosystem.Run end-to-end event ops: budgeting, logistics, AV, vendors, ticketing.Co-market with partners; set attendance and membership-conversion targets.Track event/partner ROI and nurture attendees into active members.Manage speaker relations and community ambassadors/hosts.Community & Office Management (20%)Oversee daily operations to keep the space productive and welcoming.Manage facilities, vendors, and maintenance; resolve issues fast.Curate programming to strengthen community (office hours, networking).Deliver domiciliation services end-to-end (mail handling, KYC/compliance).⚡️ RequirementsExperience: 5+ years leading co-working/space ops with proven occupancy growth.Technology: Proficient with Project Management tools such as AsanaSkills: Operational excellence, stakeholder management, crisp communication; KPI-driven.Languages: Fluent English and FrenchWeb3: Track record building / engaging with Web3 communitiesAutonomy: Ownership mindset; bias to action; hands-on execution.Bonus: Familiarity with Swiss regulations for domiciliation and event permits.Please upload your CV as a .pdf for proper review.
