This role is key in shaping POP MART’s voice across digital platforms through content creation, influencer collaborations, and community management. Reporting to the Europe Regional Marketing Team and working closely with teams in Copenhagen and HQ in Beijing, you will develop and execute social media strategies that reflect our brand identity and connect with local audiences.Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content across POP MART’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channelsDevelop and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with global campaigns, product launches, and key cultural momentsSupport the execution of influencer and KOL collaborations, from outreach and briefing to content review and performance trackingMonitor social media trends, competitor activities, and community insights to inform creative strategies and drive continuous improvementEngage actively with followers and online communities to build brand affinity, address inquiries, and strengthen relationships with fansTrack, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisationCollaborate with marketing, retail, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpointsMaintain clear communication with POP MART’s HQ to ensure social content and campaigns are locally relevant yet globally consistentRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creationStrong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics toolsBasic video editing and content production skillsFluent in Danish and English, with exceptional writing and communication skillsCreative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and cultural trendsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentGenuine interest in pop culture, collectibles, or designer toysDesirable but Not Essential Experience with paid social advertising and influencer campaign managementFamiliarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social)Previous experience in a marketing or creative agency environmentYour ApplicationIf the opportunity sounds interesting to you, please apply with your updated CV and a portfolio of your work (e.g., content examples, social campaigns, or creative projects) via “Apply Now” or email to eu.hr@popmart.com.
