We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy and growing Marketing team . You will play a key role in bringing our bold three-year vision to life. You’ll be at the heart of delivering innovative, multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to elevate our brand and drive business success.Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver a strategic marketing roadmap—turning big ideas into impactful campaigns and contributing to powerful, integrated programmes that make a real difference.What We Need From YouStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational, project and time management skillsStrong attention to detailExperience using a CRM (such as HubSpot) Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentAbility to work to deadlines and prioritise workloadAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyOwnership and accountability for your own tasks and workloadWillingness to learn and develop new skillsBeing collaborative / a team playerWhat You'll Be DoingWorking alongside our marketing specialists across digital, corporate communications and events to deliver effective marketing initiatives.Coordinating the production of marketing materials (including brochures, print ads and digital assets).Briefing and working alongside external designers and video producers.Working collaboratively with the events team to support the delivery of high-quality events.Supporting with the creation of email newsletters, including coordination of content and building emails within our CRM/Marketing Hub.Being a brand guardian ensuring all outputs align to our brand and tone of voice guidelines.Submitting and tracking invoices against agreed budgets.Helping to measure the success of marketing activity and providing timely updates to feed into reports.Ensuring activity planners and timing plans are accurate and up to date.Supporting team efficiencies by keeping on top of marketing admin and following agreed processes.Working closely with key internal stakeholders, including lawyers, Commercial Business Partners, business development and client development teams where required.BenefitsOur successful candidate will have an incredible opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award-winning law firm in a flexible and agile working environment.We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days’ holiday (increasing to 32 days through our loyalty recognition programme) plus the option to purchase an extra five days each year.We also offer a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance and income protection insurance, as well as plenty of opportunities to get involved in our colleague committees to make a real impact in the local community.About BrabnersBrabners is purpose-led independent law firm.
