Your role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of marketing projects and helping the agency meet its goals and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Assist the marketing team in planning, organising, and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms for multiple clients Conduct ongoing research to identify marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform campaign strategiesSupport the additional service creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, email newsletters, award submissions etcManage and update social media accounts, scheduling posts and engaging with audiences to build brand presenceCollect, analyse, and report on marketing data, including campaign performance metrics and social media analytics.Help coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings, ensuring all logistics run smoothlyMaintain marketing databases, track budgets, and assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling.Liaise with clients and external vendors to support marketing activities and maintain strong relationshipsProvide general support to the marketing department to ensure deadlines and targets are met.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detailProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing systemsBasic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and marketing principles is essentialAbility to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under deadlinesProject management abilitiesCreative thinker with a proactive and collaborative approachStrong organisational skills and reliabilityPrevious experience or internships in marketing or related roles is essentialExperience in a B2B environment is essentialWe will require examples of your work.What They Can Offer:The opportunity to work in a creative and supportive team environmentExposure to a variety of marketing projects and clientsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsScope to grow an exciting career and expand your creative skills.
