They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns aligned with company objectives.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform strategies.Manage and monitor digital marketing activities, Google Ads, email marketing, and content campaigns.Oversee marketing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, timely execution, budget adherence, and quality control.Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.Support brand strategy and content planning, ensuring consistency across all channels.Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and promotional campaigns.Stay updated with digital marketing trends, operational best practices, and marketing technologies to enhance performance.Skills and Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in marketing.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support marketing strategies.Skilled in data interpretation and campaign optimization based on performance metrics.Experience coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.Strong operational and project management skills, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.Good understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience segmentation.Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and online tracking tools is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.Up to date with digital trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
