Job Description

Job PurposeWe’re looking for a digitally savvy Marketing Executive to lead and execute our social media strategy. This role is key to boosting brand visibility, driving candidate and client engagement, and supporting business growth through creative, data-driven digital marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams nationwide and regional/global stakeholders to ensure campaigns are impactful, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across key social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Create and repurpose content to support brand awareness, client acquisition, and candidate engagement.Collaborate with other departments to deliver tailored marketing solutions for specific projects and needs.Coordinate with regional and global marketing teams to align local campaigns with broader brand strategies and initiatives.Support company events by contributing to planning, promotion, and execution, including the creation and management of event-related digital content.Have a strong sense of aesthetics for corporate brand.Prepare timely reports to support decision-making and performance evaluation.Handle administrative duties and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing, especially social media and content creationExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Creative thinker with strong storytelling and visual communication skillsPassion for exploring new formats, trends, and digital innovationsData-driven decision-making and analytical mindsetProactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
