Founded by a team with extensive travel tech experience, we’ve already partnered with +25 global brands including SAS, Lufthansa, Accor Hotels, and FREENOW, and we’re committed to rewriting the rules of ancillary distribution.We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role is central to keeping our marketing programmes moving, from events and sponsorships to digital campaigns, PR and podcasts.The RoleThis is a hands-on role with a wide remit, we’re looking for someone who can keep multiple workstreams running smoothly, while being proactive, organised and digitally savvy.Own and manage our social media channels and digital campaigns, ensuring Meili has a consistent and engaging presence. Lead the project management and delivery of conferences, sponsorships, and events, from logistics and vendor coordination through to on-the-day execution. Support the production of our podcast series, coordinating guests, schedules, and promotion. Keep our website and content channels up to date with fresh, relevant material. Manage day-to-day PR execution with release writing, coordinating with customers & internal stakeholders, ensuring timely release approvals and distribution. Ensure case studies and thought leadership materials are delivered on time, working with internal stakeholders. What You’ll Be Responsible ForDigital & Social Media Own day-to-day management of Meili’s social media accounts. Develop and execute content calendars aligned to company announcements, events, and campaigns, working closely with our Designer to build compelling content. Track and report on performance, making recommendations to improve reach and engagement. Events & Sponsorships Coordinate logistics for conference attendance, sponsorships, and booth builds. Manage vendor relationships (design, print, shipping, hotels, restaurants). Support team attendance with schedules and hospitality bookings. Maintain timelines and templates for major recurring projects (e.g. World Aviation Festival). Podcasts & Content Coordinate podcast guests, scheduling, and recordings. Manage post-production process and promotion. Oversee uploads of blogs, podcasts, and case studies to the website. PR & Communications Draft, coordinate approvals, and distribute press releases. Support media outreach and executive interview opportunities. General Project Management Keep campaigns, content, and deliverables moving across multiple stakeholders. About You5+ years’ experience in a marketing or digital role (ideally within B2B).Strong project management and organisational skills. Hands-on experience running social media accounts and campaigns. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
