We integrate novel quantum photonic technology to form an efficient and scalable quantum networking infrastructure in partnership with world-leading companies and academic groups.Please note that this is a part-time role (working between 15 and 22.5 hours per week). We also ask for minimum of 1 day per week based onsite in our Cambridge office. Working days and hours are open to discussion, but will be agreed on a regular, fixed schedule. What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll work closely with and report to our Marketing Manager, ensuring content across digital platforms not only reaches our audience but resonates with them. Our aim is to drive engagement, build our brand presence and meet our overarching marketing objectives.Oversee the content calendar, ensuring all outputs align with our brand's tone of voice and guidelinesDevelop diverse written and visual content, including explainers, video segments, guides, infographics, short-form posts, and more, utilising design tools such as Canva or Adobe SuiteStay updated with industry-relevant topics to ensure our content remains relevantWork with other departments to source insights or stories that resonate with our audiencesSocial Media ManagementWriting draft posts for LinkedIn and X, aligning to our social media plan and ensuring posts are consistent and reflect our brand's valuesEngaging with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to foster a sense of community and trustMonitoring trends, adapting our approach to leverage popular themes or discussionsEmailDesign, test, and deploy email campaigns that capture the attention of our segmented audience, all while adhering to our brand's guidelinesProduce compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and other mediaEnsure our database is up to date after events or lead campaignsMonitor key metrics of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and bounce ratesEvents And OtherAnalyse content performance metrics, delivering monthly reports and identifying potential areas of improvementSupport a range of marketing-related tasks or projects as the need arisesSupport with the production or liaison of overall marketing activities and the company eventsWork alongside other team members to create and execute an internal communications planRequirementsWhat we're looking forStrong writing, editing and verbal communication skillsProven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media managementProficiency with social media platforms and marketing software, e.g., LinkedIn, X, Sproutsocial, Crowdfire, HubSpotAbility to monitor content performance metrics and generate monthly reportsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decisionsAptitude to suggest improvements based on content performance dataSome experience with graphic design and video editingStrong attention to detail with an exceptional ability to manage tasks meticulouslyProven capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team including cross functionally with non-marketing expertsDesirable skills and experience (not required, but beneficial):Graphic design and video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe SuiteIdeally, you have a scientific or engineering background, and/or experience working within the Tech, Deeptech or Quantum Computing industriesExperience in crafting consistent and brand-aligned content, including videos for social media platformsWhy work with us?At Nu Quantum, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where people of all identities, orientations, backgrounds, and experiences are empowered.
