As Area Marketing eExecutive Southern Europe, you will be responsible for producing and updating all hotel collaterals (i.e. menus, brochures, flyers); reviewing and updating sales & marketing presentations; auditing website and intranet; organizing image & video library; contributing to photoshoots (briefings and on property support) and implementing the Marketing strategy for the Belmond properties in the division, alongside the Area Marketing Manager. The role will contribute proactively to developing new projects and partnerships, focusing on Brand awareness, excellence and ensuring all various campaigns and initiatives are carried out on time.We seek a highly motivated individual with previous experience in an Executive role within the luxury sector. The role is part of the Southern Europe Brand team and will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver marketing strategies for the products that drive awareness, engagement and conversion.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the Marketing team with the implementation of the annual marketing strategy keeping projects on track and executed in a timely and exceptional manner, and within the budget allocated.Support all gold, silver, and local campaigns with a 360 approach, making sure the marketing contribution is aligned with the other stakeholders.Ensure the creation of new or updated brand collaterals for the properties in the region.Assist with the production of all photo & video shootings and update the image library accordingly.Ensure hotels websites are updated with relevant and current informationMaintain and build regular communication with colleagues in the field, including General Managers, PR Managers, and relevant operational teams (ie. Purchasing, Finance), to support the overall business strategies.Cooperate with the Social Media, Sales Groups & Events, and other departments in Milan, brainstorming and aligning on projects.RequirementsTo carry out your job effectively, you will need to demonstrate proficiency with the following personal skills, qualities and attributes:Strong visual and creative skills: ability to understand art direction, luxury and evaluate on-brand/off brand content. Luxury brand sensibility: in terms of content, visuals, copy and client experience.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage details through completion and ensure that project deadlines are met.Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence to motivate and influence others.Strong problem-solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems.Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.Competent in Microsoft suite (mail, calendar, drive sharing, excel, power point and word).Fluent in English and Italian.
