ResponsibilitiesManage and update website content, optimize SEO performance, and coordinate brand identity design and development.Plan and execute multi-channel content campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, YouTube, and Email Marketing.Develop engaging creative content (articles, videos, visuals) to attract target audiences; leverage AI tools for behavior analysis and content personalization.Implement and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.; analyze campaign data and report performance using Google Data Studio and other visualization tools.Support corporate communication events and brand promotions; collaborate effectively with other departments.Receive training in strategic digital marketing, campaign planning, and creative concept development.II. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (with distinction) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.Multichannel & Customer Experience Skills: + Strong understanding of marketing strategy and systems thinking; ability to develop actionable plans for specific projects. + Proficient in Facebook Business Suite, Canva, and Google Analytics. + Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning emerging trends (e.g., AI, green marketing, omnichannel strategies).Digital Tools & Data Analysis: + Experience with or knowledge of Marketing Automation tools. + Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing, with a mindset of continuous improvement. + Basic knowledge of WordPress.Soft Skills & Strategic Thinking: + Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively across multifunctional teams. + Awareness of customer data protection and compliance with relevant legal regulations.III.
