We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our marketing strategy, helping to raise brand awareness, engage our target audiences, and support business growth. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you will bring our brand to life and showcase the great work our teams deliver every day.

This is a varied role with plenty of scope for creativity and collaboration and may occasionally involve travel within the UK. The role can be offered on a hybrid working basis, with a blend of home and office-based working. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring content is tailored to the platform, audience and campaign goals. Write and produce engaging content, including articles for our website, case studies, email campaigns, award submissions and visuals, to support brand storytelling and lead generation.

Lead on video content creation for social media, developing briefs, scripting, and overseeing visuals to ensure videos are on-brand, engaging and aligned with campaign objectives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral. Support the delivery of digital marketing activity, including SEO and paid advertising, working closely with our agency to execute campaigns that drive traffic and engagement. Manage social media accounts, primarily LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and on-brand posts. Maintain the content calendar and help plan and schedule posts and campaigns. Support the creation and delivery of internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with our tone of voice.

Help maintain and regularly update content on the company intranet to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to our brand. Work with external partners (designers, printers, videographers) as required. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using insights to recommend improvements. Keep up to date with FM industry trends and competitor activity to help identify opportunities. Keep up to date with emerging marketing trends and innovations, including the use of AI in content creation, automation, and campaign optimisation. Skills And ExperienceA degree in marketing, PR, or a related field.

Up to 3 years’ previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or service-based industries. Strong content creation skills - copywriting, editing, and proofing with attention to detail. Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Design skills (Adobe InDesign) is desirable. Experience using CMS systems and email marketing tools (e. g. Mailchimp, WordPress) is desirable. Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude.
