Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a leading national organisation. This is a full-time, fixed-term role within the Marketing team, focused on delivering integrated campaigns and PR activity to promote key initiatives and support strategic objectives.Key responsibilities of the role:Support the development of brand identity projects, working closely with internal teams and external agenciesDeliver consumer and partnership campaigns to achieve brand and commercial goalsManage creative briefs and collaborate with design teams to produce campaign assetsSource and manage content aligned to brand guidelines, including visual assetsSupport influencer activations and press office functions, including itinerary creation, press trip coordination, and media engagementCreate and edit PR content, including press releases and seasonal news storiesHelp plan and deliver industry and media events to strengthen stakeholder relationshipsMonitor coverage and campaign performance, producing evaluation reports for key marketing activityMaintain CRM systems and support stakeholder engagementEnsure procurement and financial procedures are followed, and projects are delivered on budgetKeep abreast of marketing trends, sharing best practice and insights with the wider teamIdeal candidate profile:Significant experience in marketing and PR, either agency or client-sideStrong understanding of integrated campaign delivery, including brief-writing, creative production, activation, and evaluationExperience managing multiple stakeholders internally and externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiencesProven ability to write for various channels, including blogs, social media, press releases, and reportsExperience managing press enquiries and pitching stories to journalistsKnowledge of marketing KPIs and using data to optimise performanceHighly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projectsCreative thinker with a keen eye for compelling contentProactive, adaptable, and eager to learnWorking pattern: Remote (occasional travel to Birmingham - costs covered) Location: Birmingham / National (within 90 minutes travel)Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro-rata)Working hours: Full-timeContract: 6 month FTCThis vacancy is being actively shortlisted, so early applications are encouraged.
