Join a fast-moving team helping top global brands in beauty, wellness, food, and beverage understand what consumers really want. You’ll support insights and marketing initiatives by turning cultural data and digital trends into clear, visual stories that guide brand innovation.This role blends research, design, and marketing execution. You’ll work across multiple consumer categories, contribute to reports and presentations, manage creative assets for social media, and help deliver workshops and client sessions.We’re looking for someone curious, detail-oriented, and organized, someone who thrives at the intersection of trends, storytelling, and consumer behavior.Key ResponsibilitiesTrend Research & Insights SupportResearch emerging consumer trends using internal data tools.Prepare reports and presentations across categories like beauty, wellness, and personal care.Curate data and write short insights that bring numbers to life.Deliver clear, accurate materials for analyst and manager review.Conduct deep-dive research to uncover cultural drivers behind key trends.Marketing & Social Media ExecutionAssist in creating visual assets and copy for newsletters, social posts, and campaigns.Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and similar channels.Maintain and update the company website (blog, media mentions, testimonials, etc.).Ensure visual and messaging consistency across platforms.Support logistics and creative needs for events and activations.Presentation & Workshop PrepBuild engaging decks and materials for client workshops.Help facilitate virtual meetings and summarize key insights.Project Coordination & Event SupportManage calendars, timelines, and deliverables across insights and marketing projects.Provide support for webinars and internal events.Requirements1–2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or marketing.Strong written and spoken English (C1–C2).Proficiency with Canva and Google Slides.Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media aesthetics.Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.Strong curiosity for consumer behavior and trends in beauty and wellness.Preferred QualificationsStrong visual sensibility and ability to create compelling presentations.Experience with content editing or social media management.
