In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable marketing insights to our clients, helping them make data-driven decisions to improve their business strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with FMCG and non-FMCG clientsPrepare comprehensive proposals based on client briefs and business needsConduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer behavior trendsDesign and implement effective research methodologies to gather relevant dataCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute research projects efficientlyFine-tune questionnaires and survey instruments to ensure accurate data collectionAnalyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insightsCreate compelling reports and presentations to communicate research resultsPresent findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful mannerIdentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand client baseStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging research techniquesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in market research or marketingStrong knowledge of consumer research methodologies and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of building and maintaining client relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsFluency in English and UkrainianProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointExperience with data visualization tools and statistical analysis softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workGoal-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and accountabilityAdaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
