Marketing Intern - AI Startup

Commitment: Minimum 4 days/week for a 3–6 month internshipABOUT USEdtronaut is an AI-powered Workforce Development Platform that enables personalized upskilling & reskilling, hands-on job simulations, and job placement to create impactful outcomes for both talents and employers.Our vision is to create a universe where everyone has the opportunity to unlock their full potential and thrive in the Future of Work.Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional education and employment through AI-powered upskilling & reskilling experiences that are relevant, practical, and outcome-driven.SCOPE OF WORKAs a Marketing Intern, you will work across multiple marketing and product functions to support strategic initiatives such as the Edtronaut Marketing campaigns with the focus on Tiktok channel and Video marketing, Global Fellowship, Employer branding campaigns, and support tech product development (e.g., CV PowerUp, Job Simulation). You will collaborate directly with both the Marketing and Product teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and deliver meaningful results.A. BRAND COMS & CONTENT MARKETINGSupport building value props, positioning and brand naming for key products - solutions and services with different target customers.Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, etc.).Produce short-form videos, visuals, and posts that align with Edtronaut’s brand voice and mission.Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistency across communication touchpoints.Edit, caption, and optimize videos for organic performance on TikTok and other channels.Track and report content performance (reach, engagement, conversion) to drive data-informed improvement.B. PRODUCT & CAMPAIGN MARKETINGCollaborate with Product / Business Owner to develop GTM Go-to-Market and Product Marketing campaigns and drive the execution marketing operations for Tech/AI solutions like SORA Job Simulation, CV PowerUp, or programs or services like Global Fellowship, and Employer Branding.Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Tech teams to deliver marketing deliverables (briefs, landing pages, emails, etc.).Support cross-functional communication to ensure timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.Assist with outreach initiatives for learners, partners, or universities as part of marketing campaigns.C. REPORTING & PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS Monitor performance of select campaigns (AI Products, Global Fellowship, Employer Branding, etc.) and generate basic summaries based on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion).Provide post-project recaps and suggest improvements for future initiatives.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re looking for a versatile, motivated, and structured doer who are hungry and can thrive in a startup environment and is excited to gain cross-functional marketing and product experience in EdTech / HRTech & AI.Must-Have QualitiesStrong organizational and project coordination skillsHigh interest in marketing, career development, and tech productsSkilled in Tiktok channel building and Video MarketingBasic understanding of marketing operations (e.g. email tools, Lark or other workplace platform)Effective written communication (Vietnamese and/or English)Self-starter, accountable, and willing to take ownershipGrowth mindset and hunger to learn by doingBonus Points:Highly skilled with Canva, Capcut, AI Solutions, Lark workspace, Data Analytics toolsBasic understanding of project management, product testing and product managementInterest in marketing, community building, or talent placementWHY USWe take internships seriously – not as side tasks, but as career-building experiences.
