The candidate will have preferably the below skills and be located in the head Office in Maslak/Istanbul. 3rd or 4th year university student or fresh graduates from Business Administration or related fields from reputable universitiesBeing proactive and demonstrate a positive attitudeGood planning and priority settingCritical thinking and problem solvingAbility to work on multiple tasksEager to learn through experienceWillingness to seriously work in an enjoyable sectorWillingness to work in a dynamic environment,Fluency in English is a mustVery good use of MS Office programsAble to work as full-time 2-3 days in a week Job Description :The successful candidate will be responsible ofAssisting the team on formulating long term and short term strategy objectives and preparing incremental plans for marketing and brand building and executing those plans,Assisting the team on ensuring development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans. The elements would include: Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising and other visibility initiatives), Media Planning, Packaging, Product Development,Following the competition in the market.Planning and preparing the POS materials in coordinating with Sales Department and keep track of execution,Organizing the dress-up of the sales outlets according to visual merchandising standards of our brands,Developing relationships with the relevant licensee agencies as well as other 3rd partiesDefining consumer research needs, designing of researches, analysis of results & taking actions, developing strategies on research results,Assisting in product, category development.
