This is what drives youYou have a clear idea of what you want: To contribute to the vision of safe and energy-efficient flying, in a team of like-minded aviation enthusiasts who are determined to shape the future of aviation.This is what you can doSupport the Marketing team with development and execution of 360 marketing campaignsAssist the Marketing team with the planning and execution of outreach events and trade shows, as well as updating the events database and identifying new events and tradeshows for our company to attendMaintain detailed records and databases of event contracts, purchases, and correspondence.Collaborate in the preparation of post-event reports, including lessons learned and recommendations for future participation.Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the departmentManage giveaway requests, keep our stock and stock management files up to dateUndertake market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges within our industry and evaluate marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement.You’ll bring this with youVery good English level. German and/or French is a plus.Excellent computer skills required including fluency in MS Office and OutlookIn-depth and current experience of working in an administrative role, requiring strong attention to detail, organisational and project management skillsFamiliar with the use of various social media channelsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to deal clearly and professionally over a face to face meeting, by telephone and emailProblem-solving skills and able to use own initiative to identify improvements to systems, methods and proceduresTeam-player with a positive, helpful attitude and eagerness to learn from others.High level of motivation and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiativeThis is who we areWe are an aircraft manufacturer with a strong heritage looking to continue our story.
