This internship will provide hands-on experience across a variety of marketing functions, supporting strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.Within this role you will work closely with the regional marketing team to develop, plan and execute complex marketing campaigns and marketing materials!ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesContent DevelopmentAssist in the creation and editing of customer-facing content, such as customer meeting slides, case studies, videos and moreHelp manage and organize assets within the Global Content HubEnsure brand consistency by applying global brand guidelines across materialsEvent SupportContribute to the planning and execution of industry, customer and selected internal eventsManage attendees registration by working with local stakeholders across 13 countriesAssist in preparing event materials, speaker briefs, and post-event documentationSupport lead tracking and follow-up activities in collaboration with sales teamsMarketing CampaignsSupport the development and execution of regional marketing campaignsParticipate in stakeholder briefings to understand campaign objectives and target audiencesAssist in drafting campaign plans, timelines, and deliverablesCollaborate with internal teams to align messaging and leverage existing assetsContribute to campaign performance tracking and insights generationSales Partnership & External CommunicationsWork with sales teams to support joint marketing initiatives and co-branded materialsAssist in preparing external communications such as press releases and customer success storiesHelp coordinate with external partners and vendors for content production and distributionRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this position, we're looking for candidates with below qualifications:Experience with shooting and editing video on Canva or similar softwareProven event management experience, especially with attendee and registration managementFamiliarity with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plusDetail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsProactive, eager to learn, and a team playerExcellent team player and motivator, prepared to lead from the front and to cheerleadCurrently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldInterest in B2B marketing and logistics is a bonusWhat You’ll GainExposure to regional marketing strategy and executionExperience working in a global, cross-functional teamOpportunity to contribute to real projects and make an impactMentorship and learning from experienced marketing professionalsA supportive and inclusive work environment
