Marketing Intern

The RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Agency department – CLIQ Digital’s internal media and publishing team. This position can be either full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32 hours / week internship for a minimum of 3 months, starting as soon as possible.(Please note: this is a work experience internship only; we cannot offer graduation assignments.)As our Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in creating, testing, and optimizing digital campaigns for CLIQ’s own digital services as well as for external advertisers. You will gain hands-on experience with performance marketing, creative funnel building, and digital design, while working in a fast-paced, international environment.What You’ll DoDesign and create digital assets including banners, landing pages, and campaign visuals. Conceptualize and build new marketing funnels, flows, and campaign angles. Use AI tools to create, test, and optimize marketing creatives. Support in the setup, launch, and optimization of digital performance campaigns. Conduct research into target audiences, campaign trends, and creative benchmarks. Test and refine campaign creatives to maximize engagement and conversions. Collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, design, and publishing to bring innovative ideas to life. What We’re Looking ForCurrently enrolled in an HBO/WO Bachelor or Master program in marketing, media, design, or a related field in the Netherlands. Available for at least 3 months. A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a strong affinity for digital and performance marketing. Comfortable using AI tools for design, content, and marketing tasks. Basic design skills (experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus). Hands-on mentality: proactive, resourceful, and eager to experiment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good knowledge of MS Office, design tools, AI platforms; bonus if you are familiar with marketing tools or CMS platforms.
