In addition, the hotel has two versatile function rooms.About The JobBased at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Marketing Department in Milan, the Marketing intern supports the Team in all matters related to collaterals and content creation, digital marketing, social media and media relations. The Marketing intern reports to the Director of Marketing.As Marketing intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:Support the Director of Marketing and Communications, with the final goal to position the hotel as one of the best in EuropeSupport the whole Marketing team and the hotel’s departments preparing appropriate graphic tools and collaterals to target local and international guestsPrepare Power Point/Canva presentations to highlight the hotel’s features to travel agencies, partners and third partiesPrepare graphic content for social mediaAssist in the creation of promotional and informative tools to highlight the features and initiatives of the hotelLiaise with the corporate digital team to maintain the website appealing and updatedAssist in coordinating photo and video shootingsAssist in organizing press visitsLiaise with suppliers and marketing partnersManage hotel database, respecting privacy and confidentialityHandle correspondence both in Italian and EnglishEnsure adherence to corporate identity and guidelinesAs Marketing Intern, We Expect From YouStudies in Marketing and/or Brand/Graphic Design studies are requiredFluent in English and Italian.
