With 5 sites in Switzerland and over 15 subsidiaries worldwide, we are a company of 2,000 employees that operates like a 160-year-old start-up: a fast-paced, open environment, an entrepreneurial spirit and a team spirit! #Time is for everyone, so is our company.Main ResponsibilitiesPR / Media:To compile media clipping and follow up on media tracking to measure brand exposure in different channelsTo assist in photoshoot and artwork productionTo support in the execution of brand eventsTrade Marketing: To coordinate the change of visual merchandising with the trade according to brand guidelinesSupport execution of trade eventsTo prepare trade marketing reports – Window animations/Advertising spaces/EventsGeneral Marketing Activities:Organize and maintain Marketing WarehouseLiaise with external vendors for potential cooperations with the brandTo update documentations for internal reportingTo support preparation, including competitor analysis, and execution of Marketing events and festive activations e.g. Christmas, Chinese New Year, LVMH Watch WeekOther day-to-day marketing-related processesJob RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor holder, majoring in Marketing or Business administration. Fresh graduate is also welcome.Able to commit full time 5 days a week in officeSingaporeans and PR applicants only.Competency RequirementsGood communications skillsGood interpersonal skillsDiligent and willing to learnDetail-orientedResponsible and organizedGood presentation skills
