Role OverviewMUST BE AN AVID SPORTS FAN!The Junior Marketing/Office Assistant will support the Hotel and Brand marketing/Admin teams by assisting with day-to-day admin duties; gathering data, developing creative ideas, and maintaining communication within the team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Head Office Personnel, this role is ideal for a proactive individual who is eager to grow their skills in Hospitality, digital marketing while contributing to campaigns that drive footfall and boost sales. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Support & Idea GenerationAssist in the development and execution of Sports & marketing campaigns, including external and in-house POS activities.
Brainstorm innovative ideas and concepts that support efforts to drive customer engagement and increase footfall. Help develop creative content and promotional materials under the guidance of senior team members. Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, analyse, and report on campaign performance data (e. g. , footfall figures, customer feedback, and conversion rates). Provide actionable insights to the Senior Marketing Teams to help refine future campaigns. Support the team in office admin and general supportCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with cross-functional teams (e. g. , Operations, digital, creative, etc) to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements and innovative approaches. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to further develop marketing skills and industry knowledge. Required Skills & CompetenciesSports Savvy: Strong interest in all sports across the calendar - from GAA to American Football!Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsCreativity: A proactive, idea-driven approach to supporting marketing initiatives.
