We are looking for a Marketing Lead for a Global Crypto Exchange based in Dubai.Location – RemoteSalary – Depenedent on experienceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a global crypto exchange that’s looking for a hands-on Marketing professional to both define and execute its marketing strategy. You’ll start as an individual contributor, gaining a deep understanding of the business, identifying key areas of impact, and shaping what the future Marketing team should look like.Currently, marketing efforts are heavily focused around KOLs, and this approach needs to be reshaped and expanded — that’s where you come in. You’ll play a key strategic role in driving brand direction, leading initiatives across the crypto landscape, and positioning yourself for future growth into a CMO-level leadership role.Qualifications:Has experience and deep understanding of the marketing landscape in cryptocurrency or digital assets - FinTech experience a plusPossesses a proven track record of successful crypto marketing campaignsVery hands-on, a Doer mentalityDemonstrates strong leadership and team management skillsExcels at data analysis and using insights to drive decisionsIs proficient in digital marketing tools and platformsHas excellent project management and multitasking abilitiesCommunicates effectively and can explain complex concepts simplyKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute cutting-edge B2C marketing strategiesLead and inspire a small, agile marketing teamCreate innovative multi-channel campaigns that set us apartAnalyze market trends and user behaviour to inform strategic decisionsCollaborate with different stakeholders like product, BD, Tech, operations on strategy and platform featuresManage budget and resources for maximum impactEstablish and track KPIs to measure and report on marketing effectivenessBuild key industry relationships and partnershipsEnsure compliance with crypto and financial services regulationsStay ahead of industry trends and implement forward-thinking strategiesMust be comfortable being on camera, creating and editing short-form videos for social media, and experimenting with viral or guerrilla-style marketing strategiesAbout the Role:We're seeking a hands-on, driven Marketing Lead, a team player, who thinks outside the box, and thrives with challenges, in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrencies, digital assets and beyond.
