A project owner who understands how to create connection, demand, and measurable growth through thoughtful, data-informed creativity.About the roleYou’ll lead and coordinate our marketing activities across brand, demand creation, and demand conversion. Working and coordinating growth plans directly with our talented Sales and Customer Success teams, powered by our talented inhouse design team. You’ll be the person others rely on to make things happen and report directly to the CCO.This means:Turning our commercial conviction and growth targets into concrete campaigns, activations, and content.Orchestrating designers, sales reps, and freelancers to bring projects to life.Connecting dots between brand storytelling and business growth.Ensuring we stay consistent, data-driven, and bold across all channels.Translating ideas into experiments and learning fast from results.Responsible for clear business goals.This role sits at the intersection of creativity and commerciality. You’ll move from reviewing ad performance in the morning to planning a partner campaign in the afternoon, always with the bigger story in mind.What you bringYou understand the mechanics of brand, demand creation, and demand conversion. And know when each matters.Strong skills in marketing strategy and and and a hunger for execution.Excellent Communication skills.Detail-oriented, structured, and data-curious but not enslaved by metrics. KPIs are indicators, not truth.You’re a storyteller at heart, able to turn insights into ideas and ideas into traction.Experience managing marketing projects, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.Comfortable collaborating with designers, sales, and content creators.Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing.You've come to a point where you can't live (and do your work) without AINice-to-have: familiarity with LinkedIn and paid campaigns, email marketing, or CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
