We're looking for a hands-on, ambitious Marketing Lead to join our team to own our B2B and B2C campaign execution.This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketer to be at the heart of our company's growth. Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you'll build and launch campaigns that drive real commercial results. We'll support your growth and your skills in a dynamic and mission-driven company.What You'll Do: Plan, build, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across email (HubSpot), web, and in-app channels.Manage and optimise our campaign workflows, from list segmentation and automation to reporting.Write compelling, compliant copy for emails, landing pages, and social media that drives both pharmacy acquisition (B2B) and patient engagement (B2C).Contribute to SEO: improve on-page content and website structure to grow our organic visibility.Analyse and report on campaign performance, delivering clear insights and recommendations for iteration.Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure marketing activity is aligned with commercial priorities.What You'll Bring:3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a scaling B2B SaaS or health-tech company.Deep, practical expertise with HubSpot, including building campaigns, automations, and complex segment lists.Exceptional copywriting skills, with a portfolio of email and landing page content you've written yourself.A solid understanding of on-page SEO principles and keyword research.Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for campaign analysis and reporting.A proactive, agile mindset, comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communicator and fast problem solver Desired skills: An understanding of healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated environments.If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch.
