Our line-up of organic and natural foods is growing.We operate like a small but mighty family, and we believe that injecting every day with humor and camaraderie is what makes the journey fun!The Role:The Marketing Leader is a pivotal leader charged with developing and executing the marketing strategy for our small but thriving company focused on “Better for You” branded food products. This role oversees all marketing operations, drives brand awareness, and leads initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, passionate about health-oriented food brands, and experienced in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector.What You'll Do: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate “Better for You” brand visibility and grow market share.Conduct market research to identify trends in health-conscious food, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.Oversee social media presence, content creation, and community engagement to build brand loyalty around “Better for You” products.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and promotional activities.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strong ROI.Forge partnerships with retailers, distributors, and influencers in the health and wellness sector to expand product reach.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.Supervise and mentor a small marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
