Ensure proper documentation and turnaround time.LSD Approval: Verify LSD accuracy (barcode, address, nutritional facts), route to OU for final approval, and cascade to suppliers to proceed with production-NPL Sell-In Samples: Ensures that Sales Operations Team has accurate, brand-aligned NPL mockups for accounts sell-in.Mockup Development: Coordinate with sell-in suppliers and production plants to simulate product visualsSupplier and Procurement Management: Gather cost estimates, secure project owner approvals, raise PR/PO, and monitor delivery timelinesMockup Quality Assurance and Delivery: Review samples against peg visuals, ensure approval of project owner, and coordinate final logistics for Sales Operations pickup-OU Alignment: Ensure branding compliance and maintain updated regulatory documentation (FDA Permits, CPR, LTO, Promo Permits) by proactively aligning with OU counterparts. Ensuring production-readiness across all Commercial initiatives.-Supplier and Procurement Alignment: Conduct weekly cadence and daily follow-ups with suppliers and procurement teams to track ongoing packaging materials requests. Ensure on time delivery and escalation handling for any bottlenecks that may delay production runs or sell-in timelines.
