Who We Are:About Your RoleAs a Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of the assigned brand portfolios, drive consumer-centric innovation, and oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans. This role is pivotal in shaping long-term brand equity, accelerating market growth, and influencing cross-functional business decisions.What You'll Do:Develop and own the annual brand plan, including vision, objectives, strategies, and KPIs aligned with business goalsEnsure the assigned product group to achieve sales and market share targets within the allocated marketing budgetChampion consumer insights and collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to guide innovation, positioning, and communication strategiesPlan and execute end-to-end product launches in the local market, including go-to-market strategy, media planning, and retail activationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful rolloutsOversee brand architecture, positioning, and identity across all touchpointsEnsure consistency and excellence in brand execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channelsDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and product launchesLead the team on development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, collaborating with media, creative, and digital agenciesAlign marketing initiatives with commercial teams to ensure synergy between brand strategy and sales executionPartner with cross-functional team to ensure marketing strategies are feasible, profitable, and scalableManage marketing budgets and track KPIs including brand health, market share, and campaign effectivenessWhat's in it for youWhat You need to be successful:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration or related fieldAt least 10 years’ experience in marketing/brand management of mass consumer products - FMCG experience will be advantageousProven track record in brand strategy, innovation, and campaign executionStrong analytical skills and commercial acumenExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesTeam management skillsOur DEI CommitmentAt Suntory, we recognize that diverse knowledge, perspectives, and backgrounds contribute to our collective success.
