We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team!🦷 What is the added value of DentalMonitoring’s solutions for its clients? 🦷✦ Our SaaS monitors and optimizes orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platform✦ DentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology in the oral healthcare space✦ With more than 300 filed patents on our technology, we are leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experience✦ Our handy tool, the Scanbox Pro™, helps to easily detect intraoral observations✦ Their patients smile again 😁If you are a Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5-10 years experience, the following may interest you!📌 The Marketing Manager Role 📌 Lead, implement and supervise marketing initiatives within the region Track and optimize the positioning versus competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients) Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with global marketing imperatives and objectives set by the Chief Marketing Officer Define and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain a foothold in the specific market/region (Approx. 30% strategy / 70% execution) Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and APAC Marketing Head to roll out local initiatives and provide input for global campaigns Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget and reporting across communication streams Support Sales and Customer Experience teams in the region Coordinate with Communication & Design teams to develop content for events, branding, sales enablement, campaigns, and social channels Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to run drip campaigns, email marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities Organize and manage events (webinars, congresses, study clubs, masterclasses) to drive ROI and brand awareness Initiate and test local activities to drive growth and brand visibility Evaluate partnership opportunities and manage external advertising relationships Grow a community of advocates through key industry figures, influencers, and professional communities Build strong relationships with KOLs and universities, support clinical research and speaker development⭐ You will be successful in this role if ⭐ 5–10 years of working experience in marketing Experience delivering integrated 360 marketing programs Strong analytical and data-driven approach Up-to-date on marketing and communication best practices Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent in language relevant to region + advanced English💡 It would be fantastic if You have B2B Dental/Medical experience You have experience in a startup or scale-up environment You are tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms You have experience with Salesforce Pardot or similar automation tools You speak an additional relevant language✨ Our Work Environment ✨AtDentalMonitoring, Our Employees Thrive BecauseWe are collaborators!
