Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with experience across European, APAC, or US markets.You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, creative direction, and content delivery across paid search, paid social, and SEM, while partnering with agencies to plan, buy, and optimise media. With expertise in SEO/SEM, digital ad buying, and CRM tools, you’ll drive lead generation, brand growth, and measurable results. PR knowledge is a plus.Based in Abu Dhabi, this role is perfect for a marketer who thrives on combining data, technology, and storytelling to deliver results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns with clear KPIsLead content, messaging, and creative across channelsManage campaigns end-to-end: segmentation, media buying, optimisation, analyticsCollaborate with agencies and internal teams to maximise resultsOptimise websites, funnels, and digital assets for conversionsSupport sales and investor relations with marketing collateralApply PR knowledge to amplify campaigns and manage reputationCandidate Profile6 years’ experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and campaign management (B2B fintech, SaaS, financial services preferred)Proven success with paid search, paid social, SEM, and programmatic campaignsStrong SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics expertiseExperience managing agencies and multi-channel campaignsData-driven, results-focused, and able to work independentlyGlobal perspective with exposure to European, APAC, or US markets
