About The RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic marketing professional to help shape and activate our global category strategy. In this role, you’ll define how our brand shows up in the market—leading 360° marketing campaigns and product activations that drive business growth and strengthen our global presence.You will play a key role in developing and executing the global marketing strategy, partnering cross-functionally with Insights & Development to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market stories. From defining “where to play” to bringing category playbooks and trade narratives to life, you’ll help steer strategic priorities into tangible, market-ready activations.As the lead for global 360° campaign development, you’ll create master assets and toolkits for use across digital, social, and offline touchpoints—including packaging, foundational content, and in-store materials—ensuring seamless brand execution and consistency worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesThe impact you’ll make:Collaborates with Product Management, to steer innovation value propositions and drive innovation development in-line with consumer trends.Leads ideation, design and development of master assets for annual 360-degree marketing activations, including digital, offline, and product launch activations.Leads master asset production for global campaigns and the creation of the category playbooks,Assures a strong final consumer facing work of packaging and all foundational assets.Leads the creation of global marketing toolkits deployment and adoption to fighting units, providing governance and guidelines for consistent execution of global marketing strategies at a country level.Effectively manages the budget and delivery on time and quality.The Skills And Knowledge You’ll BringBachelor’ degree in marketing, business, or related field5+ years experience in marketing, product development or agency side.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex marketing initiatives at scale.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills/ Fluent in English.Ready to make an impact?From developing game-changing air fryers to perfecting the art of coffee making, Versuni’s purpose is turning houses into homes — and we’re calling on your talent to bring it to life.
