We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and market insights for our Riyadh operations. The role owns end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and CX to deliver measurable growth.What you’ll doBuild and own the annual brand & marketing strategy aligned to business goals.Lead integrated campaigns (online/offline) from brief to launch, optimization, and reporting.Drive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and sharpen positioning.Oversee content marketing and social media strategy to ensure message consistency across channels.Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend toward ROI/CPA targets.Lead cross-functional projects, timelines, agencies, and stakeholders; mentor the team.Deliver clear dashboards and insights that translate data into action.What you’ll bringEducation: Bachelors in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Experience: 7+ years in marketing with a strong track record of launching marketing programs in corporate.Expertise in brand strategy, campaign management, and market research.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.Proficiency in CRM, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools is a plus.Location: Riyadh, KSA · Type: Full-time
