ACG_3177_JOBOur client is a leading health care and medicine corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.Job Description: Strategic Planning & DirectionDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and long-term growth vision.Establish, execute, and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans to ensure alignment, efficiency, and consistency across all activities.Brand DevelopmentManage and strengthen brand identity across both digital and traditional communication platforms.Design and regularly update brand guidelines, marketing materials, corporate profiles, and sales support tools to ensure cohesive brand representation.Product MarketingCollaborate with cross-functional departments to plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to each product category.Conduct market research, monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, and analyze competitors to inform product positioning and growth strategies.Team Leadership & OperationsLead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to enhance capability, performance, and productivity.Delegate responsibilities, monitor project timelines, and evaluate performance results through structured reviews and key performance indicators (KPIs).Events & Industry EngagementPlan and coordinate customer programs, professional conferences, and specialized pharmaceutical events.Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and pharmaceutical conventions both domestically and internationally to strengthen partnerships and elevate brand visibility.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and outcomes of marketing initiatives.Analyze campaign results, assess effectiveness, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize future marketing strategies.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.ExperienceProven hands-on experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaceutical Ingredients, or Industrial Chemicals sectors.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position.Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and coordinating professional events, such as conferences, seminars, and industry exhibitions.Professional DemeanorStrong, decisive personality with independent and strategic thinking.Agile, adaptable, and equipped with a solid B2B marketing mindset.Professional KnowledgeDeep understanding of B2B marketing processes within the pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing context.Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical ingredients, standards, and regulations, with familiarity with both domestic and international markets.Proficient in brand development, digital marketing, corporate communications, and brand image management strategies.Thorough understanding of sales processes and business operations in manufacturing–distribution enterprises.SkillsStrong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills for end-to-end marketing campaigns.Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities with partners and clients in technical or pharmaceutical industries.Sharp market analysis and the ability to formulate short- and long-term marketing strategies.Proficient in digital marketing tools, data analytics, and supporting software such as Google Analytics, online advertising platforms, and CRM systems.Capable of delivering professional presentations and reports; proficiency in technical English is a strong advantage.Contact: Giau Nguyen Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
