We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand growth initiatives in Americas region and help shape the future of education.About The RoleAs Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, market share, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop campaigns that resonate with educators, institutions, and learners across Americas (LATAM plus North America).This is a high-impact role for a marketing professional who thrives on strategy, creativity, and purpose.What You’ll Do Strategic Marketing & PlanningDevelop and execute marketing plans that align with brand goals and market dynamics.Partner with agencies (advertising, media, digital, PR) to create compelling campaigns and communication strategies.Monitor market trends and adjust tactics to maximize demand and brand performance.Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Research, Finance, Operations) to align marketing objectives.Sales & Client EngagementWork closely with sales teams to understand client needs and shape marketing programs that drive engagement.Manage brand equity and identify growth opportunities through channel partnerships.Product Launch & InnovationSupport go-to-market strategies for new product launches and in-market execution.Budget & Performance ManagementManage budgets for key marketing initiatives and ensure ROI-driven execution.Brand StewardshipEnsure all marketing activities protect and enhance ETS’s brand reputation.Team Collaboration & CultureFoster a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on innovation and strategic thinking.What You BringBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles.Proven success in digital marketing, B2B channel marketing including campaign management, social media, and email marketing.Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Passion for education and impact-driven work.
