Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference:IFF is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to join our Food Ingredients division.This role is responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives, supporting customer engagement, and executing growth strategies across Latin America.The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator, working closely with Sales, Applications, and Innovation teams to deliver impactful marketing programs that align with customer needs and business objectives.The position is based in Colombia and requires willingness to travel. Knowledge of ice cream trends is highly appreciatedWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in food ingredients or CPG industry.Strong knowledge of culinary category; familiarity with other food & beverage segments is a plus.Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Showpad, Nielsen IQ, Euromonitor, Mintel, and Bynder.Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategy.Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50% across Andean markets (e.g., Peru, Ecuador).Fluency in English is mandatory.How would you stand outStrong communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills are necessaryEnglish language knowledge is mandatorySolution oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBeing a team player with a can-do-mentalityWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
