The Marketing Manager, ANZ, is responsible for planning and executing high-impact marketing programs across the region. Your primary objectives will be to understand our customers, partners, and competitors to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and develop the pipeline to help move prospects through the sales cycle and build long-term customer loyalty.As a key member of a truly global organisation, you’ll be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. You’ll collaborate across multiple sales channels and partner with key stakeholders from various overseas offices to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with WorldFirst’s commercial goals.This role combines both strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring high-level conceptual thinking, creativity, and strong attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the regional marketing strategy to achieve commercial business goals.Partner with the global marketing team and external agencies to implement regional marketing programs aligned with sales priorities and revenue targets.Localise content and leverage multi-channel marketing — including social, digital, website, events, PR/media, and partnerships — to strengthen brand awareness and drive new client acquisition.Own strategic event planning from concept to execution, covering webinars, tradeshows, regional roadshows, executive roundtables, and participation in third-party sponsored events.Track and analyse marketing performance metrics such as MQLs, qualified pipeline, and revenue. Provide data-driven recommendations for budget optimisation, ROI improvement, and future campaign planning.Collaborate with overseas stakeholders in areas such as Demand Generation, Content & Community, Product, and Marketing Operations.Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, partners, journalists, and associations to drive brand visibility and engagement.Requirements5+ years of B2B marketing experience in ANZ within the payments, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.Proven track record in achieving commercial outcomes across both online and offline demand generation, leveraging digital, social, events, and PR channels.Data-driven and ROI-focused, with a passion or interest in financial services and/or payments.Experience in content marketing will be considered an advantage.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.Naturally resilient and curious, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under time pressure within a matrix organisation.
