In Asia, we're growing rapidly and are looking for adynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.This is a regional role supporting APAC, perfect for a results-oriented individuals with apassion for B2B marketing in the software industry, ready to make a significant impact acrossthe region.The SpecificsAs our Marketing Manager APAC, you'll be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy,building brand awareness, helping sales nurturing the opportunities down the funnel andgenerating new leads. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of strategic planning and handson execution.Operational Digital Marketing & Social Media~ Developing and implementing engaging digitalcampaigns across various platforms, managing our social media presence, andoptimizing content for lead generation and brand visibility. Research and data base management~ Admin tasks such as data base handling andresearching data such as market trends is expected. Content Creation & Communications~ Crafting compelling marketing collateral,including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and email campaigns, ensuringclear and consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience. Event Management~ Planning, organizing, and executing a range of marketingevents, from webinars to industry conferences, to maximize engagement and leadcapture. Marketing Operations~ Utilizing marketing automation tools (like HubSpot) tostreamline campaigns, track performance, and report on key marketing metrics. Collaboration~ Working closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams toalign strategies and ensure integrated campaign execution.Occupational H&S Take reasonable care of your own and other people’s Health & Safety in theworkplace. Report hazards in your work or in your work environment that may be putting your oranyone else’s Health & Safety at riskAdditional Tasks This role entails both domestic and international travel In addition to this you are required to carry out any other duties as reasonablyrequested by your managerWhat we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward tocoaching and collaborating with you)~We're looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with a proven track record in B2Bfield marketing.Experience~ Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing within the software industry,specifically across Asia. Bonus points if you have experience with software for utilities or have worked withenergy/water providers. Demonstrated expertise in account based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, socialmedia management, event planning, and corporate communications.Technical Skills~ Proficiency with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot) is highlydesirable. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or basic video editing software is a plus. Personal Attributes~ A positive, high-energy, and can-do attitude is essential, as you'll be managingdiverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and writing skills with the ability to articulate complexconcepts clearly and concisely. Willingness to travel occasionally (generally less than 10%) to support key eventsacross the region.References~ Ability to provide strong professional references.
